Founded by an active member of the romance book community, The Last Chapter offers a diverse selection of books and merchandise. We’ve cultivated an inclusive, welcoming environment for those celebrating the magic of storytelling.

Our online store hosts a variety of monthly trope boxes, book club boxes, and bookish merch. A talented team curates each project and makes the magic on the pages come to life.

The Last Chapter's latest adventure has been opening up Chicago’s very own romance-only bookstore in the Roscoe village area. Our mission is to continue to support the many members of romancelandia, and connect you with the books you love, the merch you can’t live without, and the authors that are a positive force in the community. In December of 2021, The Last Chapter Bookshop opened its doors to readers looking for

adventure, romance, and swoon-worthy characters.

Inspired by characters and their commitment to love, she opened her bookshop to pursue her own happily ever after. As an undergraduate, Amanda double majored in sports management and business before obtaining her MBA in digital marketing. The most fulfilling part of Amanda’s job is collaborating with authors and interacting with readers, spreading our love for romance. When asked what the best part of her job is Amanda always says, “talking to her main characters every day gushing over her favorite books, tropes, and characters and getting to work hand in hand with authors to create beautiful special editions and also spread their work with the world.
